To become Verified, a PayPal member in the United States must provide proof that he or she has opened an account at a bank or other financial institution. Because these institutions are required by law to screen account holders, PayPal's verification process increases security when you pay parties you do not know. Please note that PayPal's verification system does not constitute an endorsement of a member, nor a guarantee of a member's business practices. You should always consider other indicators when evaluating members, including length of PayPal membership and reputation scores (on eBay or other auction sites, if applicable).

    We accept all major credit cards and paypal. You can check on the status of your order at any time by coming to our website and clicking on "track your order" on the upper right hand side of the screen.

• If you observe shipping damage before the order is accepted, you should refuse the order and show the damage to the delivery person.
• If you notice shipping damage later or the product is damaged or not as specified contact us at buyspeakers@smartbuyspeakers.com
• Please have ready (or e-mail us with) your original order #, the item(s) ordered and the problem.
• Please do not return any items before we have approved the return either by telephone or e-mail.
  
• All products MUST be returned in the original  manufacturer's box with all parts, accessories and user manuals that originally came with the product.
• Boxes MUST be packed sufficiently, meeting the shipping carrier packing specifications. In addition, you may be required to double box the returned item.
• We will issue an RA number which must be placed on the outside of the box. In addition you may be required to print out a shipping label to attach to the box.
  
• The shipper is responsible for all return shipments until they are received. Once the item is returned, it will be inspected to determine if any damage was caused by customer misuse of the product.
• Providing that customer misuse is not evident, credit will be issued or a replacement product will be shipped. Credit will be issued back to the original card used to pay for the merchandise.
• Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return. Credit will not be issued for incomplete returns and/or products not approved for return.
• Returns that are not because of damage or incorrect product shipped are subject to a 25% restocking fee.In addition shipping will not be refunded.
• Products with a *D in the SKU may not be returnable for issues other than damage or incorrect product sent.
• If a customer wishes a new item without the wait for inspection, the said customer has the option to pay for a new product to be sent out immediately. In this case the money will be refunded upon return of the damaged product provided the conditions listed above are met.
• DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO OUR COOS BAY LOCATION! Orders will be returned to one of 2 return locations depending on the model of the product.
• Orders returned to Coos Bay WILL NOT BE CREDITED unless you have been specifically advised by us to return the product to that location.
