Shipping

• Shipping rates are calculated real time using UPS online tools.
• Orders are not processed on sundays or holidays.
• Most orders placed before 10:00 Am Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the same day, although we do not guarantee this.
• The products on our site are shipped from Edmond, Oklahoma.
• ***Keep in mind: The speakers we sell are heavier (due to better build quality) than many speakers sold over the internet. This may cause  the shipping price to be higher than it would be for more cheaply built speakers.

 

Delivery Time

• Total time for delivery is based on the amount of time taken for payment authorization, order processing and actual transit time.
• If paying by a valid credit card, payment authorization will be immediate.
• If paying by check, your product will be shipped when your check has been recieved and processed. We will send you an e-mail at this time.
• Most orders placed before 10:00 Am Pacific Standard Time will be processed the same day. In addition, delivery schedules are subject to circumstances beyond the carriers control such as weather conditions and mechanical problems.

   

Additional information: 

• Canadian delivery: Due to prohibitively expensive customs fees, we no longer ship to Canada or Alaska.

•  We do not deliver to PO and APO/FPO box addresses.

• The price in effect at the time of your order is the price you will be charged, plus applicable shipping fees.

• If  your order arrives damaged, we recommend you refuse delivery then notify our customer service department at questions@smartbuyspeakers.com or toll free at 1-866-478-1033 so that we can track the return and issue your replacement or refund in a timely manner. (See our terms and returns page)
